UD UHMWPE Bulletproof Fabric

The UHMWPE UD bulletproof sheet is crafted from UHMWPE fibers that have been developed in-house. This material comprises two layers of uni-directionally arranged fiber webs that intersect at a 90° angle, which are then laminated together using a specialized matrix and advanced technology. The resulting product has a white textile fiber appearance and is primarily designed for use in soft body armor. This armor is both soft and lightweight, ensuring comfort while delivering exceptional protection against bullets and other impacts in various environments. The soft armor bulletproof vest is highly resistant to moisture, alkali, and strong acids, as well as to UV radiation and aging. Moreover, the bulletproof capability significantly minimizes the sunken deformations typically seen in traditional vests, thereby safeguarding the wearer from severe blunt force trauma associated with large indentations.
