T800 Plain Spread Tow Carbon Fiber Fabric Description
T800 Plain Spread Tow Carbon Fiber Fabric is made from T800-grade carbon fibers (tensile strength ≥5490 MPa, modulus ≥294 GPa), flattened into tows and woven in a plain structure. It features lightweight smoothness (0.1-0.2 mm thickness), bidirectional high strength (balanced warp/weft performance), corrosion resistance, and deformation resistance. Compatible with epoxy resins, it’s easy to cut and layer, widely used in aerospace, automotive lightweighting, sports equipment, and wind turbine blades to reduce weight while enhancing structural strength and stability.
