12x12 133GSM Carbon Fiber Spread Tow Description
The 12×12 133GSM Carbon Fiber Spread Tow features a plain weave structure, where carbon fiber tows interlace horizontally and vertically. With a weight of 133 grams per square meter, it balances lightness and strength, ideal for weight – sensitive applications.
Leveraging spread tow technology, the carbon fiber filaments are spread into a thin ribbon. This maximizes fiber – resin contact, enabling better resin impregnation during production. As a result, the final composite has fewer voids, with improved tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
