3D Jacquard Carbon Fibre Fabric Description
3D Jacquard Carbon Fabric stands out in material technology. Its production uses a complex 3D weaving process, unlike the traditional 2D method. Conventional carbon fabric weaving has limited interlaminar strength and may have weak points at layer connections.
But 3D Jacquard weaving creates a more integrated structure. This boosts the fabric’s strength, stiffness, and interlaminar shear strength, reducing delamination risk and improving damage tolerance.
